What is the parent portal and how does it work?

SchoolTool Parent Portal is a Web-based access portal that allows parents/guardians to view information about their child’s educational program, and stay current on their son/daughter’s academic progress. Q. Who can access the Parent Portal? A. The Parent Portal may be accessed by parents/guardians of students in all grade levels and schools.

What is the Minisink Valley Parent Portal?

All parents/guardians in the Minisink Valley CSD are eligible to access the district’s Parent Portal. This online service enables parents to view student information such as grades, assignment grades, marking period averages, schedules, attendance, progress reports, report cards and assessment scores.

What if my child cannot log in to the parent portal?

A. Students in grades 6-12 are able to log in to Parent Portal using their school network login. They do not need to apply for a separate account. If they are unable to log in, please have them contact their school’s counseling office for assistance.

Is there a mobile app available for Parent Portal?

Parent Portal has a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. With this app, parents or legal guardians who have Parent Portal accounts and students in grades 5-12 can view information about current schedules, attendance, assignments, grades and discipline. Apply for an account

Please fill in and print the Parent Portal Login Request Form (PDF). Submit it to the office at your child’s school. You will be notified via email when your account has been set up and receive instructions on how to access the portal.

Once you have been notified your account has been created, log into SchoolTool Parent Portal.

Parent Portal has a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. Update your email

To avoid confusion and to ensure that you receive news of any changes to our SchoolTool system, please be certain that your Parent Portal email account matches the email you have on file at the school. Email the Parent Portal of any changes to your email account as soon as possible.
