When will California open in person school in 2021?
We will open school in-person for all students on August 9, 2021 . Distance Learning, like last school year, is not available. Students must be enrolled for In-Person Learning or Independent Study. Updated on July 12, mask are still required by the California Department of Public Health indoors at school for vaccinated and un-vaccinated persons.
What is an active case in Central Union?
An active case indicates that a student or staff member participating in on-site activities has tested positive for an active COVID-19 infection. Individuals who test positive are excluded from participation in any in-person/on-site activity and are required to quarantine according to the protocol established by the California Public Health Department. Once the case is cleared to return, the case will be removed from active status and the dashboard will be updated.
Is Imperial County open for distance learning?
Current status: Purple; Widespread of Covid19. Currently, Imperial County is not able to open campuses for daily instruction. The CUHSD Fall 2020 semester is open with Distance Learning only .
