How do I login as a parent to SWGs?

The login uses the parent’s primary email we have registered in the school. The login details are given to new Year 7 parents at the ‘Meet the Tutor’ evening and new Year 12 parents at the ‘Welcome to Sixth Form’ evening, both held in September. If your child is joining SWGS at another point then the login details will be provided by email.

When are grades shown in eSchool?

Grades are only shown after teachers have finished entering them in the eSchool gradebook and have published them to the portal. It is at the teacher’s discretion when those grades are published to the portal. A teacher may also be out when assignments are due.
