How do I contact palmdalesd tech support?

For technical assistance, email techsupport@palmdalesd.org, or call the Tech Help Desk at 661.789.6549, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST. If you require assistance obtaining an Activation Key, contact or visit the office at your child's school during school hours.

How do I update my information in the campus portal?

Click on the appropriate link to the right to access the Campus Portal. As of December 2. 2021, you will be able to log in to Infinite Campus and change any of your information.
