How do I get help with NRCS-specific applications?

NRCS employees have access to two separate ServiceNow gateways. To ensure your concern is addressed to the correct staff, please use the appropriate gateway, as each has different options. If you need assistance with NRCS-specific applications, please request help using NRCS’s ServiceNow gateway and select “Report an Issue” to open a new ticket.

Do you need a parent access ID for an additional child?

You will need the Parent Access ID and Password for the additional child. These codes are provided by the school, often on middle and high school report cards, or in a letter sent from the elementary school. Codes will also be available at the schools during the onsite registration dates.
