What is Ivy Tech?

Ivy Tech's Aviation Maintenance Technology program is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to teach students the skills needed to perform maintenance, inspection and repair of civilian aircraft.

Steps for Students

Step 1: Log into MyIvy and click the Verification File Review button under STUDENTS > Billing and Financial Aid > Financial Aid Requirements or go directly to ivytech.studentaidprocess.com. If you are not already logged in to MyIvy when you enter the Verification Center, you may be prompted to log in using your MyIvy username and password.

Steps for Parents

Step 1: Log into the Verification Center at https://ivytech.studentaidprocess.com and create your account. On this screen, indicate that you are a parent.

How to make a strong password?

Tip: To make a stronger password, use letters of different case and numbers.  Creating password: Enter your password in the Password field , then re-enter the password in the field below. A strong password is recommended, although a weak password (ex: 123456A) will still be accepted.

Do parents have to use a separate username to access student account?

Each time a student is added to the parent account, the parent will receive a notification alerting them that they need to return to the site to provide documentation. If the parent is also a student, they will still have to use a separate username to access their student account.
