There is a separate parent and student version, you will need to choose the appropriate one for your needs. The district code is Henderson. Parents - It is important to log into your parent portal account at least once a month to keep your account active and check on your child's progress.

How do I register a parent/guardian of a student?

The parent/guardian of a current student will log into the parent portal account to complete registration. The parent of a new student that has never been in any Henderson County school or was not enrolled at the end of the 2020-21 school year, will need to go to the local school for registration.

What are the password requirements for the parent portal?

Your password must be at least 9 characters long with a combination of letters, numbers, or symbols. For parents/guardians who have forgotten your user name or password, there is a link on the portal log in page to allow the retrieval or reset yourself at any time.
