Physicals
In accordance with Connecticut State Law, a health assessment is required prior to public school enrollment and in grade 7 and 10. A physical examination includes height, weight and blood pressure, hematocrit/hemoglobin, vision, hearing, speech and gross dental screenings, updating of immunizations and chronic disease assessment.

Medication Administration
Every effort should be made to have any medications given at home. If this is not possible, remember that ALL medications, including non-prescription over the counter medications require written authorization from a doctor and parent.
