What is HSD Parent Portal?

Stay Connected and Informed! The HSD Parent Portal is a communications tool designed to enhance and increase parent/guardian involvement in the education of their children. The portal provides parents/guardians with secure online access to our Student Information System. With a single username and password, parents/guardians can access the following information for each of their children attending an HSD school:

Can you access your child's school records?

Your child’s records can only be accessed by authorized school officials, and those with whom you share your password.

Can a parent portal be forwarded to a guardian?

Legislation dictates that Parent Portal information can only be forwarded to the legal guardian. Therefore, for all children in the care of Child and Family Services, the Access ID’s will only be sent to each child’s legal guardian (their assigned CFS Worker).
