The Emmett School District provides emergency information by voice messages, email and text through our Infinite Campus program. We also encourage you to "Like" the Emmett School District #221 Facebook page for updates. How am I notified of school emergencies, weather closures, etc?

What is the difference between Emmett High School and Black Canyon High School?

Emmett High School is 9th through 12th. Black Canyon Junior-Senior High School is our alternative school for students in grades 6th-12th. The Emmett School District implements innovative and best educational practices utilizing cutting edge technology and rigorous curriculum.

Cheer Baskets

25 families received Cheer Baskets on December 17th from The Gem County Education Association. There were boxes of food, including everything for a Christmas Dinner. Also wrapped gifts for the family members.

When is Emmett Middle School summer food service?

The drive up curbside summer program at the Emmett Middle School begin s Friday, June 4th, and runs through August 13th.

When will Emmett School District offer free meals?

This is the 11th summer the free meals program has been offered. Currently, all students in the Emmett School District and children, ages 1-18 in Gem County, are offered free breakfast and lunch meals through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. Meals will not be provided on non school days.
