February News
WOW!!! We're in February and we haven't had a full week of school since before Christmas. I can't believe the weird weather we've gotten lately. I hope you all have enjoyed having your students home for some extra family time, but we've really missed having them with us!!! Here are some upcoming dates to be aware of:
Happy Counselor's Week Mrs. Klepzig
The 1st week in February is set aside as National School Counselor's Week. We're so lucky to have amazing counselors at Doniphan R-I, but I have to brag and say we have the absolute BEST counselor at DIS!!!!
Donuts with the Principal
We've had to reschedule Donuts with the Principal 2x due to weather. Hopefully we'll get to have it soon!!!
Lost and Found
Parent Teacher Conference day would be a great day to check the Lost and Found. You can also stop by the office between 8:30 and 2:30 most any day of the school week. We have items added everyday to the Lost and Found in the main building. We can also check the playground, cafeteria, and gym for any lost items as well.
