How does Devizes School communicate with parents?

At Devizes School, we believe it is extremely important for us to communicate clearly and regularly with parents. To achieve this, we have created a dedicated section for announcements, newsletters, class updates, and consent forms.

Is the parent portal system being replaced?

The Parent Portal system is being replaced by Go 4 Schools although it is still available to parents of students in years 8 to 13 who already have log in details. Users must assume responsibility for their username and password, these should never be disclosed to others.

What to do if you don't have an email address for Genesis?

If you have not provided an email address for communication you will need to contact your child's school main office to provide an email address to receive the Genesis system generated email with your username and password.

Can parents monitor their child's grades?

Parents K-12 will be able to monitor their child's attendance and view report cards. Middle and High School Parents are able to frequently monitor their child's progress and teachers can use their gradebook to give parents and students information on academic progress and attendance.
