When you become a parent at Concord Academy, you join a diverse, engaged, and vibrant community. As a parent, you automatically become part of the CA Parents organization. CA Parents creates opportunities to support and strengthen Concord Academy in its mission.
Parent Events
CA and CA Parents organize a variety of events for the parent community throughout the year. Whether you are local or across the globe, there are many opportunities for you to attend and participate.
Family Weekend
Typically held over three days in October, Family Weekend is a time for our families to come to campus and learn about what life is like at the school. Most notably, parents are able to attend classes with their children and meet with their children’s advisors.
Parent Volunteer Opportunities
Explore the opportunities to get involved with CA Parents — welcoming new parents, leading prospective families on tours of campus, being hosts to boarding students, coordinating family weekend events, and participating in on-campus events to support the Annual Fund. Every year over 200 parents volunteer, whether they live near or far.
Parent Resources
There are a number of ways that CA keeps its parent community informed and up to speed with what’s going on. Parents may find much of what they need under the “Families” section of our website. Additionally, we send out a weekly newsletter with announcements, important dates, event reminders, photos, student and alumnae/i stories, and more.
