How does the parent portal support good family-school communication?
Good family-school communication is essential to student success and for a healthy parent-school relationship. The Parent Portal provides parents with a realtime link to view key parts of their child’s school record, from assessment reports to attendance, forthcoming events and account charges.
What can I See in the parent portal?
The Parent Portal enables parents to check all of their child’s completed and historical assessment reports, attendance record, events and student timetable.
What if I don't have a Parent Portal account?
If you do not have a parent portal account, please ask your campus for a Parent Portal letter. The letter will include your student's Parent Portal ID number. Important: Teachers enter grades each Monday evening or earlier for the previous week.

Admissions
The School welcomes students for admission in FS1, Y7 and Y12. International students may be considered for entry on a more flexible basis. Please take a few moments to read over our Admissions pages. We shall be very pleased to respond to any query and to support you through the application process.
What is the parent portal?
The Parent Portal enables parents to check all of their child’s completed and historical assessment reports, attendance record, events and student timetable. Parents also have secure access to their school account, for easy tracking and payment of fee bills, activity costs and ad hoc charges, considerably reducing the school’s administration burden.
What is Engage app?
Along with tools such as the Engage Apps, Parent Evening, and Pupil Dashboard, Engage helps schools deliver transparent and easy communication across the school community.
When do teachers enter grades?
Important: Teachers enter grades each Monday evening or earlier for the previous week. If you are not seeing grades, please contact the counselor or principal at your child's school. Grades from college co-enrollment courses will not be entered each week.
Can parents access lunch money?
Lunch Money Now permits parents to access their student's cafeteria account via the internet.
Can parents access Staar results?
When STAAR performance information becomes available, parents can immediately access their child’s results and a suite of other resources to support summer learning at home.
