What is the new Aspen Parent Portal?
The New Aspen Parent Portal Chicago Public Schools is excited to announce that starting April 22nd, 2019, Parent Portal will be replaced with a new system called Aspen. Aspen will provide the same capabilities of the old Parent Portal while adding new features including Graduation Requirements, Student Fees and a new, easy-to-use mobile interface.

What is the parent login?
What is the Parent Login? It is a portal to your family’s file in our database and an easy way for you to access your account at any time – check your dancer’s schedule, fees and payments, and update contact and credit card information. Any changes you make to your account through the “My Account” tab will be made to the database.
What if I don’t receive the signup email from Aspen?
Once parent contact information has been verified by the student’s school, parents will receive a signup email from Aspen. If you don’t receive the signup email, we recommend to check your Spam folder. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact your school for assistance.
Nurse & COVID info during holiday break
Please be aware, the nurses will not be checking email over the Holiday break. In the interest of everyone’s safety, if you or your child is experiencing Covid - like symptoms, please get a PCR Test done and isolate yourself.
