Once you become a registered user of the Parent Portal, you will have access to the profiles of all Watervliet students for which you are a registered parent/guardian. You will be able to view important dates and announcements for each student.

How do I access a student’s information on the parent portal?

NOTE: To access a student’s information on the Parent Portal, the parent/guardian must be registered with the school district as part of the student’s household guardian list. The parent/guardian must also know the student’s ID number for access. It can be found on a student’s printed schedule, progress report, report card, or transcript.

Class Schedules by Grade Level

Students who have opted in for remote learning will follow the same schedule as the students attending in person. Follow the links below for the class times for each grade level. Please email your school counselor with any questions.

Grade 6

Students will attend school Monday-Friday each week in person from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Watervliet Junior-Senior High school. (Ms. Shannon’s students will remain at Watervliet Elementary School) Doors open at 7:20 a.m. Students will travel directly to their classrooms.

Grade 7

Students will attend school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. each week. Doors open at 7:20 a.m. Students will travel directly to their classrooms.

Grade 8

Students will attend school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. each week. Doors open at 7:20 a.m. Students will travel directly to their classrooms.

Grade 9

Students will attend school Monday and Tuesday in person + Thursday and Friday virtually from 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. every week. Doors open at 9:20 a.m. Student will travel directly to their classrooms. Dismissal begins at 3 p.m.

Grade 10

Students will attend school Thursday and Friday in person + Monday and Tuesday virtually from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every week. Doors open at 9:20 a.m. Student will travel directly to their classrooms. Dismissal begins at 3 p.m.
