Only students residentially zoned for Richland School District Two are eligible to apply and participate in the Richland Two Choice Program. The Choice Program is made up of three elements: Expanded Choice, Magnets and Richland Two's eSchool Program.

What is Annual Registration?
Annual Registration is the process that includes providing proof of residence, verifying student information, and reviewing and completing parent/guardian forms. To prevent delays in scheduling your child’s classes for the coming school year, please complete this process as soon as Annual Registration opens.
Who is it for?
Only students who attended Richland Two schools/centers and did not withdraw are required to complete Annual Registration. It is not for students new to Richland Two or those returning after withdrawing the prior school year.
When do I have to complete Annual Registration?
Before the start of every school year. The Annual Registration process begins Monday, April 25, 2022 for the 2022-2023 school year.
How do I complete Annual Registration?
Parents need to log into their Parent Portal account to complete Annual Registration. If you need help setting up your ParentPortal Account, please contact the Registrar at their child's school. Click here for a list of their email addresses.

When can parents apply for Richland School District 2?
Parents may apply electronically each December or May for placement that will take effect the following school year. Only students residentially zoned for Richland School District Two are eligible to apply and participate in a Richland Two Choice Program.
What is the choice program in Richland School District 2?
While Richland School District Two students are assigned to schools based on their residential address, they may apply to a magnet school or another school within the district through the Choice program.
