What is the parental access portal?

The portal lets parents view their child's records anywhere, anytime. In response to the privilege of accessing the site, every parent is expected to act in a responsible, ethical, and legal manner. The portal is available to every parent/guardian of a student enrolled in the JCPS District.

How do I get my account information from JCS?

To request your account information, email portalhelp@jcschools.us from the email address that your child's school has on file. Once your request is processed you will receive an email with your account information. What do I do if my account is disabled?
