Contact your school or district for access information and instructions. You can visit your school or district website, or speak with your school or district administrators. PowerSchool logins are granted by schools and districts. Each school will verify your identity before giving you an account to help protect student data and privacy.
How do I request a new PowerSchool SIS parent/guardian account?
Updated: Requesting a new PowerSchool SIS Parent/Guardian account request process due to COVID-19. Parents and guardians are required to complete the electronic request for Parent/Guardian accounts using the online form for each school their child (ren) attend in the district to be able to set up accounts.
How do I create a Parent Portal account for my child?
Please click on the Clipboard icon to the right to begin the Parent Portal Account Request process for your child (ren's) school (s). One Parent Account will allow multiple children to be linked with the provided access IDs and access passwords.

If you have used Parent Portal for your student enrolled at any NC school, your login information remains active, follow these directions: 1 Visit: https://wsfcs.learning.powerschool.com 2 Log in with your username for PowerSchool Parent Portal 3 Use the password: wsfcsparent 4 Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your password.
