How do I add a parent to my student's TruView account?

Students must first set up their parent account with the desired TruView access. Click the parent’s name for which access is to be added/updated and then select the content you’d like to be available to your parent. On this page will be a list of the parents associated with this student according to Admissions’ records.

What do I do if a parent has forgotten their password?

If a parent has forgotten the password to their Truman account, has been locked out, etc. then their student needs to handle the issue. This will send an email to the parent’s personal email on file with instructions to reset their Parent TruView account password. MyBill access will allow authorized users to view and manage students’ billing.
