Parent Portal SchoolTool is the Liverpool Central School District’s online student-parent portal for personalized information. It is a password-protected, secure website that offers parents and students online access to information about a student’s academic program and progress.
Your username and password is the same as the one used for the Parent Portal website or Student Account access. View this document for help downloading the SchoolTool App. At the login page, login with your email address and password.
If your account has been LOCKED, the Schooltool parent portal system will automatically UNLOCK your account after 15 minutes. If you do not remember your password, click on the “New User or Forgot Password” link.
Complete this SchoolTool registration form and bring it, along with your photo ID, to your student’s school greeter. You must bring the form and your ID to the school yourself. Schools will not accept forms from anyone else.
Please fill in and print the Parent Portal Login Request Form (PDF). Submit it to the office at your child’s school. You will be notified via email when your account has been set up and receive instructions on how to access the portal.
Once you have been notified your account has been created, log into SchoolTool Parent Portal.
Parent Portal has a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices. With this app, parents or legal guardians who have Parent Portal accounts and students in grades 5-12 can view information about current schedules, attendance, assignments, grades and discipline. To avoid confusion and to ensure that you receive news of any changes to our SchoolTool system, please be certain that your Parent Portal email account matches the email you have on file at the school. Email the Parent Portal of any changes to your email account as soon as possible.

The SchoolTool mobile application is available from the App Store and Google Play Store. The app allows parents/guardians to get assignments, grades and attendance information for all of their children instantly in one view. Users will able to receive push notifications when teachers submit assignment grades. Students Grades 6-12 also have access to the Mobile app from their smartphone.
If you have forgotten your password, you can receive a temporary password as follows: Enter your username and ANY password that you know to be wrong and hit “Enter.”. You should then be taken to a page confirms the incorrect password and that will offer you the chance to reset the password.

Users should be aware that logging out of SchoolTool does not automatically log them out of their Google account; users should manually log out of their Google accounts after logging out of SchoolTool when accessing SchoolTool on a shared or public machine.
