What is sacs after school program?

The focus is to support and encourage success in all aspects of their development. With a skilled team of teachers and caregivers, students are provided with indoor and outdoor activities, nutritional snacks and homework assistance. The SACS after school programs extend the school day in a fun, nurturing atmosphere.

How can I help coordinate events at SAC?

There are endless opportunities to help coordinate events that will enhance your son's experience at SAC. In fact, the success of our events relies on our parent volunteers. If you are interested, register on Track it Forward, the online tool used by the Parents Guild to track and coordinate its volunteers.

Does sacs monitor the tip lines?

While SACS is committed to responding quickly to information received via the Tip Lines, the lines are monitored only during school hours on days when school is in session. If this an emergency, or if you or someone you know needs immediate assistance, please call 911.

What is the city of Sacramento?

Sacramento is a medium-sized city with approximately 490,000 residents, surrounded by a dynamic metropolitan area of about 2.5 million people. Named America's most diverse city by Time magazine, Sacramento is situated at the confluence of the Sacramento and American rivers and is within two hours of both San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. Nicknamed the City of Trees, the River City, the Farm-to-Fork Capital, and the Camellia City, Sacramento features some of California's most historic landmarks, including Sutter's Fort, the Old Sacramento Waterfront, and the state capitol building.
