How do I contact the Q Parent Portal?
Parents experiencing difficulties accessing the Q Parent Portal should email qhelp@pleasantonusd.net. Specific questions about grades, assignments or attendance should be directed to the student’s school or teacher.
How do I log in to Q Connection?
To access Q Connection, simply click on the appropriate logo above. You will then be prompted to enter your personal identification number (PIN) or user name and your password. You will need to include your name, address, student name and student ID.
Where can I ask questions about the Q student portal?
Students should direct their questions about the Q Student Portal to their school office.

Parents are given personal ID numbers (PIN) and passwords when students enter middle school. The PIN and password remain the same as long as the student is in Pleasanton schools.
