What does PowerSchool offer parents and guardians?

West Springfield Public Schools currently offers parents/guardians of all students with access to their student’s attendance and grades through PowerSchool. The PowerSchool Parent Access System is intended to provide parents, students and teachers with a tool to communicate student performance.

How do I add a student to the parent portal?

Once you have all the Parent Portal letter you can log in to the Parent Portal and click “Account Preferences” (located on the menu bar at the left), then click the “Students” tab. Click the “Add+” button on the right side of the screen.
