Our district also attained the only district distinction available for districts, the Post-Secondary Readiness Distinction. 2 Valley View ISD schools nominated for 2019 national Blue Ribbon honors

Congratulations to Mrs. Leal, Dr. Gomez, North Elementary, and Lucas Elementary students and staff. Both North and Lucas Elementary were nominated as High Achieving Blue Ribbon Schools. Before this posting from the Texas Education Agency, only 17 campuses in the Valley had ever attained this national nomination.
