Where to find Form #4400?

Form #4400 can be found at www.dph.georgia.gov. . • Children can participate in a school scoliosis screening event. Students without a completed Form #4400 on file more than 90 days after the start of school will be asked to participate in scoliosis screening during a school screening event. school year.

When to complete Form #4400?

A completed Form #4400 should be provided to the school within the first 90 days of 6th and 8th grade.

Trojan Legion

Welcome to the Tattnall Square Academy family! It is our goal to make sure your family feels at home by immersing in the TSA culture. Trojan Legion is our parent organization whose mission is to “touch the life” of each child at Tattnall Square Academy through active parent involvement.

Golden Trojan

Since 1988, the Golden Trojan parent organization has existed for the sole purpose of raising money for the athletic facilities at Tattnall Square Academy. Athletic facilities require a tremendous amount of capital each year. With improvements and upgrades, the maintenance of these facilities is costly.

Back to School Supplies

In preparation of the 2021-2022 school year, CARES funding will be used to purchase "Back to School" general supplies for all students. Parents will be asked to provide only personal items such as bookbags, calculators, etc. This is an effort to relieve some of the hardship caused by COVID-19 on our families and communities.

Dexter Mosely Act (Home-school extracurricular participation)

During the 2021 legislative session, the Georgia General Assembly passed the Dexter Mosely Act (Senate Bill 42).

Transportation to school

Our Transportation Center is located adjacent to the Tattnall County High School campus. The transportation center (aka Bus Barn) along with the school office provide detailed information on bus routes, drivers, and pickup points.

Dual Enrollment

Georgia’s Dual Enrollment program allows high school students (9th-12th grade) to earn college credit while working on their high school diploma. The Dual Enrollment program includes provisions to help remove some of the financial barriers that may prevent students from participating in a dual enrollment program.

Work Permit

The Georgia Department of Labor is pleased to announce the implementation of our revised Online Work Permit System.

Tatnall is located in the heart of Greenville on 110-acres just west of downtown Wilmington. A Tatnall education takes full advantage of our state of the art performing arts center, three certified nature habitats, 10 athletic fields, innovation and design labs, and exceptional academic programming.
