What is the myprocare Parent Portal?

What is ProCare online version?

Procare online version (formerly Kinderlime) is our feature-packed web platform and app for Mac, PC and mobile. Access your center information on the go. Includes data security with nightly backup service, updates and web apps. Classroom management and parent engagement features designed for child care and early education learning centers.

What can I do with the parent portal?

With our procare system's parent portal, you can pay your tuition, schedule your child, manage your contact information, print your statements, track attendance, and view your child's immunizations. Please see the attached PDF for our current year tuition rates.

How do I enroll a family in myprocare?

Webinar Series 1: Use MyProcare for new families to enroll online. Webinar Series 2: Set up MyProcare for existing families to access information, make payments, schedule their children, and re-register. Log into Procare as a System Supervisor.

What is myprocare cloud?

Overview: MyProcare is a parent portal available to Procare Cloud customers. Families have access to information, such as child schedules, time cards, immunizations, log sheets, financial history and their balance due, as well as the ability to make mobile payments and for new families to register online.

What happens if my parent doesn't receive a confirmation code?

If parent doesn’t receive their confirmation code, it likely went to their spam folder. To have it resent, the parent simply tries to log in again with the same email address and it will send a new confirmation code.

How to download Procare support file?

From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting, go to Utilities > Download Procare Support File.

How to invite parents to MyProCare?

To invite parents to log into MyProcare you may email them a letter. From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting, select the Merge Letters icon on the Account Toolbar.

What information do current families have?

Web Cameras

Kids Haven has installed KidsVision's Kiddie Cam Service for our families. The daycare cameras allow you to watch live video of your child learning, playing, and interacting with other children in the center.
