What is the parent portal?

The Parent Portal provides parents/guardians the ability to view their children’s attendance, report card, progress report and grades. It is very easy to use, secure and confidential. The Parent Portal helps students succeed. To get started, parents need to create an account with the District.

How do I sign up for the Spackenkill Parent Portal?

Hagan/Nassau parents and guardians should receive an email with the subject “Your Spackenkill Parent Portal account.” It will contain username and temporary password information. Please click on Completing your Parent Portal Registration (with District Assigned Credentials) for instructions to complete the registration process.

How do I add a disclaimer to the parent portal?

The District Technology Office will email you an access code and instructions to log on to the Parent Portal. That’s it! This is the disclaimer text. It should wrap, then the bar will grow in height if more space is needed. The blackboard footer will center if disclaimer is not being used and the background will be one color.
