What is the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

THE PARENT PORTAL PowerSchool’s Parent Portal has single sign-on for parents/guardians, which means you now have your own individual parent/guardian account, including user name and password. Your child’s school will provide you with a letter (one letter for each of your children) that contains the following information for your child:

How do I link my child to a single parent portal account?

Once a parent/guardian has created a Parent Portal account, all children in the family can be linked to that single account. At the beginning of the year, incoming Grade 9 students as well as Grade 10, 11 or 12 students who are new to the school will receive​​ a letter to bring home that contains their Access ID and Password.

What new features will be added to the parent portal?

Features and improvements will be added in the near future. Each student has a unique Access ID and Password. Once a parent/guardian has created a Parent Portal account, all children in the family can be linked to that single account.

Parents/guardians are able to view up to date attendance as well as test results for certain subjects. Features and improvements will be added in the near future. Each student has a unique Access ID and Password.

How does PowerSchool determine the strength of a password?

As you type your password, PowerSchool determines the strength of the password and you have a visual display of the strength from weak, to better to strong. The stronger the password, the more secure it is. Choose a password that you can remember but that is difficult for others to guess.

Gr.10-12 students can now see their student timetables. To see both semesters, select "Standards Grades". Gr.9s will receive Portal login information and their timetables at Orientation (Sept.1)

Student Self-Screening & Attestation

Students must self-screen daily and complete a Covid-19 Attestation daily before arriving at school in the morning.
