What is the CCSD Parent Portal?

Welcome to the Clinton Community Schools Parent Portal. This is your parent online access to secure and timely information about your child’s schedule, attendance, report card and transcript. And, the good news is, you only need to sign up ONCE and your account will remain active as long as you have students attending CCSD!

How do I login to the parent portal?

If you already have an account, click on the Parent Portal Login button to begin. If you need to sign up for a parent portal account, email our Parent Portal help desk: Once we receive your request, you will receive login information via email.

How do I view my child's information in the portal?

Enter the PORTAL CODE. The PORTAL CODE always remains 0900 plus a Student ID Number (for example, 0900 11111) Enter the PORTAL CODE, the USERNAME that you created when you set up your child's account, and PASSWORD to view your child's information such as report card, attendance, and progress reports.

How do I update my student/family information on the parent portal?

What is PowerSchool website?

PowerSchool is a secure internet-based website that will allow you to easily keep track of nearly everything your student does while at school. This service will allow you to view your student’s attendance, grades, schedule, food service balance, progress, assignments, emergency information, and more.

Is PowerSchool free?

PowerSchool is a free service to our families and is available to all parents with children enrolled in the district. To access PowerSchool, you must have a valid e-mail address and internet access on a computer.
