How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

Schedule an appointment at Student Health Services or the Jim Jarrett Annex by logging into the Monarch Wellness Portal at the top of this page. Once inside the Portal click the tab labeled Appointments and then select either location.

10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment log into the Monarch Wellness Portal. An appointment check-in button will appear on the homepage at the bottom. Click the button to start our check-in process.
