Are there resources available for families at Nemours Children's Health?

Our patients and families are at the center of everything we do. You can find many helpful resources created just for families when you come to Nemours Children's Health. We want your family’s experience at Nemours to be the best it can be. In response to the pandemic, we’ve made changes at all of our locations to keep you safe and comfortable.

How do patients get access to the Nemours app?

Patients can create their own Nemours app account starting at age 12. Parents, legal guardians and patients can grant access to the Nemours app for other individuals by filling out the "Authorization to Disclose PHI to a Name Individual via the Nemours app." This form is available at Nemours and must be filled out in person.

When will my child’s test results be available on Nemours?

Nemours Children’s Health System releases most test results to the Nemours app as soon as they are available, sometimes even before your child’s provider has seen them. You can ask your child’s provider to explain the results to you by sending a message through the Nemours app or calling the provider’s office.

How do I send a payment to Nemours?

If you prefer to mail a payment, please make your check payable to Nemours and include your invoice number on the memo line. You can send your payments to: Our goal is to make all financial communications clear, concise, correct, and patient-friendly.

What are the bills for Nemours?

How to revoke a prior medical authorization?

Revoke an Authorization. You can revoke, or cancel, a prior authorization to access your child’s medical records by submitting your request in writing. Be sure to include the date of the release you want revoked, sign the letter, and send it (via mail, email or fax) to the location you received care.

Can Nemours release prior medical records?
