The Mount Union Area School District continues to host a Pre K program in partnership with Huntingdon County Child and Adult Development Corporation. This initiative continues to be supported through Pre K Counts, PA Pre K Counts, and Head Start Supplemental, in addition to Title 1 funding for the 2019-2020 school year.

Mount Union Ohio Opportunity Grant Mount Union continues to address college affordability by establishing the Mount Union Ohio Opportunity Grant. Up to $5,500 will be awarded to new, first-year students beginning in the fall of 2021.

How to view student finance?

Click on "Student Finances" and the semester you wish to view. You then can click on the “view statement” box.. All the payment options are available, including sending checks to us through the mail, payment plan options, paying by credit card, and electronic payments through a checking or savings account.

What is FERPA authorization?

Complete the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Authorization. Under federal law, a student must provide names of persons authorized to discuss the student's billing account with the Office of Business Affairs.

What is a TIU 11?

TIU 11 will provide training, help to create connections with districts, walk through the required paperwork and clearances, and process the paperwork that will result in an emergency substitute teaching certificate that will allow you to substitute teach in school districts within the TIU 11 footprint.

How to get a password for Mount Union?

Enter your phone number. Create a password for the GET App – it must be at least seven characters and contain at least one letter and one number, passwords are case-sensitive. Click Register. Upon receiving a confirmation via your Mount Union email – follow the instructions in that email to complete your registration.

What is a purple plo$ card?

A Purple Plu$ Card is the official University of Mount Union identification card. All faculty, staff, students and sponsored individuals are required to have their ID cards for identification, security, and access to university buildings and services. The card must always be carried while on campus. The card is valuable and should be treated like cash, a credit card, or a key. In addition to identification, the card provides access to restricted areas (i.e. residence halls, restricted labs, or classrooms, etc.), meal plans, library materials, cultural and athletic events, and may additionally allow for purchases to be made at locations both on and off-campus from merchants who participate in the Purple Plu$ Plan if funds are made available through the GET app or payroll deduction (employees only).

Can parents set up a get account?

Parents are not permitted to establish their own GET account but you do have the option to deposit to your student’s debit account by using the guest deposit option on your computer or in your browser on your tablet, phone, or iPad. Please note that the guest deposit feature is not available on the mobile app.
