MIT alumni, students, affiliates, parents of MIT students, and surviving spouses of MIT alumni or faculty: you can create an account if you have your 10-digit user ID. Otherwise please complete the user ID request form.

What services does MIT Medical offer?

MIT Medical’s Eye Service provides a wide range of routine and specialty eye care services. The MIT Pharmacy fills prescriptions written by MIT Medical clinicians and offers over-the-counter health products at discounted prices. MIT Medical’s Allergy Service offers evaluation and treatment for a wide range of allergies and allergy-related asthma.

Why haven’t my authorized users received their mitpay funds?

If money is expected, but hasn’t been received yet, your authorized users may not know those funds are on the way. Log into WebSIS and click on MITPay. You must be on a computer that has MIT certificates installed. Click on “Authorize Users” and enter your authorized user’s email address.

Does MIT Medical offer dental coverage?

Vision and dental care are available at MIT Medical; however, full vision coverage is not available through the MIT Health Plans, and dental coverage is only available to graduate students.

Does MIT Medical have an extra charge?

Most services at MIT Medical are available to students at no extra charge. What you need to know about the Extended Plan. The MIT Student Extended Insurance Plan picks up where the MIT Student Medical Plan leaves off.
