Can parents access student records without permission?

Parent has no access to student records without child’s permission *, and it is up to the student to advocate for himself/ herself (or at least be at the center of the conversation). Scheduling. Classes meet daily, which means that students can have consistent contact with their teachers.

Can teachers adjust course material for students with disabilities?

Teachers may adjust the course material for students with disabilities. Professors often will not change course material, but will provide students with reasonable predetermined accommodations. School districts are responsible for evaluating students’ learning and reporting disabilities to teachers.

When your student makes you an authorized payer, you will receive an email with activation instructions.

Schedule

Your eStatement are generated in July for the fall and in December for the spring for anyone who is registered.

Statements will be available online through the Student Account Center in December.

How do I access my bill?

Merrimack is an electronic billing institution. All student billing information is available online via the Student Account Center (SAC). Students should sign into the SAC via MyMack and then invite whomever will be assisting with managing their bill to share access.

When are bills due?

The payment or acceptable payment arrangement due date for the spring 2022 semester is January 11, 2022.

How do I pay my bill?

Acceptable payment arrangements include an up-to-date payment plan or a certified loan through an outside alternative loan option. Payment plans can be set up with our partner Cashnet powered by Transact by logging into the Student Account Center (SAC).

Can I enroll in a payment plan?

Merrimack College is pleased to offer interest-free payment plans through Cashnet. The payment plan enables students to pay on a monthly basis. Students have the option of up to six payments per semester, depending on when they enroll. These plans are available to students for an enrollment fee of $55 per semester.

What payment plan options do I have and when are the payments due?

Students and families can enroll in plans ranging from 4 months to 6 months. Payments are due on the 15th of each month. As a reminder payment arrangements should be in place by the initial due date.

What methods can I pay my bill?

Merrimack College has entered into a partnership with Cashnet to provide e-check and credit-card processing.
