How do I access the children's Mercy patient portal?

The Children's Mercy patient portal provides you access to your child's health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click the button below to fill out the Patient Portal authorization form (eConsent) to request access.

Can I give my parents access to my patient’s account?

If you wish to give your parents access, sign the proxy section. If you are a parent of a patient over the age of 18: You will need to include a copy of legal documentation with the application stating that you are the court appointed guardian of the patient. The patient may also grant permission to you to access their account.

Does University of Detroit Mercy offer financial aid?

Financial Aid - University of Detroit Mercy offers financial aid to students which assist in covering the cost of a higher education. Financial aid consists of scholarships, grants, college work-study and loans. Also, a variety of graduate assistantships and other discounts are available.

My child is over 18, I need enrollment or access information

We can help you get access to patient portal accounts for patients over the age of 18. There are typically a few situations where this is needed:

PowerSchool

Mercy parents and students can check their grades online through PowerSchool. There is also a PowerSchool App for iPad and iPhone.

Schoology

Schoology is our Learning Management System. Students receive their login information in the summer which allows them to view and turn in assignments electronically and have access to all classroom materials.
