How do I use the life school Parent Portal?

The Life School Parent Portal allows you to view attendance for your students, update contact information, and set your communication preferences. It also allows you to view grade information. Videos are provided below to help you create your initial account or access an existing account.

What is Great Hearts Live Oak?

More than a curriculum, Great Hearts Live Oak is a community—a nurturing home for learners and leaders. Located within a growing and diverse community, we are proud to create a haven for learning that unifies us in a common and noble pursuit.

Athletic Boosters

This is a parent organization that supports the students participating in the various sports offered throughout the school year. They meet every 3rd Monday of each month at 7pm via Zoom.

Band Boosters

This is a parent organization that supports the students participating in band and color guard. They meet every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 8:00pm in the band room.

ELAC

ELAC is a school-level committee comprised of parents and school staff designated to advise school officials on English learner programs and services. ELAC is also responsible for the following tasks:

Grad Night

The Grad Night Committee is a parent organization that organizes and coordinates each year’s Grad Night. Grad Night is a safe and sober, all night, on campus celebration for our seniors. The committee does not consist solely of parents of seniors.

Home & School Club

The Home & School club is an organization that raises funds to support various educational programs and class needs. They meet every second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm via Zoom.

MH FFA Alumni Association

To support the efforts of the agricultural program, the Morgan Hill FFA Alumni Association has been created. It is composed of Morgan Hill FFA Alumni, parents of current and past FFA members, community members and industry professionals. The group meetings are every first Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm in room 551.
