Send an email to HSParentPortal@Libertyk12.org, MSParentPortal@Libertyk12,org or ESParentPortal@libertyk12.org, from your current email address. For example, if your email address is sam@yahoo.com, then you must send this initial request from that email address.

The Liberty Central School District is presently providing access for parents to our “School Tool Parent Portal”. Parents/guardians will be able to access their child’s information securely in our student management system via the Internet.

How to add a student to my SLC account?

On the upper right of your screen when you login, it will say "Current Student." From that drop-down, you can select a different student, or add one to your existing account. If you choose to add, you will need to obtain a Verification Code from your child's school office (SLC, building or GLLC).

How to create a new aeries account?

Go to https://luhsd.asp.aeries.net/ and Click Create New Account. Complete the information requested to create your account. You need 3 pieces of information to create an account, the student ID, telephone number and Verification Code. The verification code can be obtained from the student's schedule provided at walk-through registration or contacting your school site to obtain the code.

How to get verification code for school site?

Any school site secretary can provide that number to you. Just call the school site to request your verification code.

What is parent portal?

Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to securely view information online about their student, such as report card grades and emergency contact information.

Does Liberty Central School District have a password?

Please understand that the Liberty Central School District DOES NOT have access to your password. If you forget your password, please use the system process to acquire a new one. Parents and guardians now have access to a variety of student information, such as food service payments and purchases, attendance, schedules, grades, and student and family demographics.

Do you have to wait until parent teacher conferences?

There is no need to wait until parent-teacher conferences; with this up-to-the-minute information you can be a more proactive member your child's educational team. Staff email addresses are provided through Family Access for your convenience if you have a question or need an answer prior to parent-teacher conferences.

What is fresh in Fauquier County?

Fauquier Reaches for Excellence in School Health (FRESH) is a Fauquier County Public Schools (FCPS) program with a mission to maximize opportunities for students to engage in active learning, active living, and nutritional education. During the week of October 3rd, FRESH partnered with the FCPS School Nutrition Program to host ‘Farm to School Week,’ where children across the county had an opportunity to experience local meat and produce as part of their school meal.
