What grades are LCS?

Leeds City Schools (LCS) is very excited to formally launch the LCS VIRTUAL ACADEMY for students in grades 6-12. Our new academy offers high-quality, individualized learning, exemplary instruction, and regular interaction with caring online instructors. Student enrollment is available for students zoned to attend LCS.

When is the LCS application deadline for 2021?

Student enrollment is available for students zoned to attend LCS. The submission deadline is July 29, 2021. Download and complete your Virtual Academy application . All completed applications can be emailed to lturner@leedsk12.org or dropped off at Leeds High School. Student Eligibility Criteria:

What is the expectation of sending your children to school?

When you send your children or grandchildren to school your expectation is that the school will keep them safe. Leeds Public School is committed to using resources in the most efficient way to alleviate any hazard in facilities, transportation and school grounds.

Can parents pick up their kids at school?

Parents may choose to pick up their child at school or not to send them to school anytime they feel that the weather is a threat to their child’s safety. In deciding whether children will be safe, the district looks at the following factors: Visibility and current/expected wind conditions.
