Where is Kinkaid's health record stored?

Kinkaid stores all health records securely online in the Magnus Health system. Kinkaid Health Services has gone paperless. Annually, parents must upload physical exams, immunizations and medical care plans to each child’s account. Please update your child’s Magnus Health account throughout the year with any changes in their health status, food allergies or medications. To access your child’s Magnus Health account go to www.kinkaid.org and login to the parent portal. Click on the teal blue “Magnus Health Portal" link and log into Magnus using the same username and password that you used to log into the Kinkaid Parent Portal.

What is the Kinkaid School?

The Kinkaid School uses an online electronic record keeping program called Magnus Health to maintain students’ health and medical information. Magnus allows parents to have continuous access to your child’s health record as well as the ability to make updates throughout the year.

What is Kinkaid's notification service?

Kinkaid uses a notification service called Titan HST to send important information regarding time-sensitive school happenings, e.g. a school closure, a power outage or an unusual weather situation affecting campus operations. In addition to the phone calls and emails that you have received in the past, the Titan HST service allows us to also send announcements via text (SMS) messaging. Please visit the SMS webpage in the Parent Portal for more information on opting in or opting out of Titan HST text messages from The Kinkaid School.

What grades does Kinkaid offer?

Our financial aid program is available to new and re-enrolling families with students in all grades, from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. When will the health services accept a copy of a child's physical?

Due to Covid-19 and the challenge of scheduling an annual physical the health services department will accept a copy of your child’s most recent physical from the 2019-2020 school year. This is for the 2020-2021 school year only.

Who sends out email to parents?

Occasionally, the board of trustees, the head of school, or other school administrators will send out an email to all parents with timely information or updates.
