Basic Troubleshooting Steps

If you are unable to login to the Online School, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Invalid Username and Password

Did you transfer to a different K12 School? If your student recently transferred schools or transferred to a different school district within your K12 School, you will need to create a new Learning Coach OLS account.

Logged Out of the Online School

For security measures, if you are logged in to the Online School (OLS) but have been inactive for 60 minutes or longer, the system will automatically log you out. - if you have been logged out due to inactivity, please log back in to the Online School (OLS)

Online School Performance is Slow

Signal Strength and type of connection (dial-up connections are slower than broadband and satellite)
