To update SIS emergency contacts or change an address within the borough of Camp Hill, please click on the appropriate form, complete and submit (with the necessary documentation) to your student's building principal.
How to create a student account at a school?
In order to create an account you will need: 1 Your Student (s) ID Number (Student ID numbers can be found on your student's report card or progress report. If you need your students’ ID number you will need to visit the school office in person to request the ID. Student ID numbers will not be given over the telephone, email, or fax for security reasons.) 2 The Household Telephone Number (Note:If a student has two households, each parent can create an account.)
