What time does Jarrell ISD have after school care?

Jarrell ISD offers after-school care for elementary students until 6 p.m. each week day. To learn more about this service, or to reserve a spot for your child, visit the After-school care webpage.

Is Jarrell ISD serving free breakfast?

Jarrell ISD will be serving free breakfast and lunch to all students during the 2021-22 school year. This service is made possible through a USDA waiver. See the menu.

Congrats Lady Cougar Basketball

Our JHS Lady Cougar Basketball team had a remarkable season. They were Bi-District Champions and played hard until the end against a really talented Palestine team this past Friday night. We're so proud of their many accomplishments this season.

A Message from Principal Blair

Last week at JMS, we visited all 6th and 7th grade classroom to review course selection sheets. Students should return a signed copy of their completed selections no later than Wednesday, February 23rd. Students with completed course selections will have scheduling priority.

PTO - Painting with a Twist Event

Jarrell Middle School is excited to announce a special event exclusively for JMS PTO members! Art teacher, Fawn Keith will host our 1st annual "Painting with a Twist" event on Wednesday, March 23rd immediately following the PTO meeting at 5:30 PM.

JMS Makerspace

Each month the JMS library creates a virtual maker space for our students. The maker space is posted at the beginning of each month in the library‘s google classroom. Students have access to activities like origami, online chess, coding challenges, and an online sticker puzzle. Parents and students can check this resource out here!
