What time does distribution take place at intermediate south?

Our plan is to make this as quick and easy for everyone as possible. Distribution will take place between the hours of 8:00am-12:00pm and from 12:30-3:00pm. Please drive to Intermediate South during whichever time frame works best for your schedule. Students do not need to accompany their parents or guardians.

How do I access the Genesis Parent Portal?

We open the Genesis Parent Portal late August, each year. How do I create an account to access my student's Genesis information? If you have provided your child's school main office with an email address, then you will receive a Genesis system generated email with your username (email address provided) and password.

What is the eSchool Parent Portal?

The eSchool Parent Portal allows parents to access their child’s academic progress and attendance in each of their classes. Parents may view schedules, progress reports, report cards, and attendance.

How long does it take to log in to the parent portal?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the parent portal team to verify your information and validate your account. Once you receive your information you can log in to the parent portal. If you do not receive an email after 3 business days, please contact parentportal@southcountry.org or call (631) 730-1511.

Community Portal

The eSchool Parent Portal allows parents to access their child’s academic progress and attendance in each of their classes. Parents may view schedules, progress reports, report cards, and attendance.

eSchool Mobile App

In our effort to maximize the use of technology to improve communication and make it easier for families to get information, the eSchool mobile app is available for download on both the Apple Store and Google Play Store. The eSchool mobile app gives you the same access to the parent portal, but through an app, which makes accessing your child's information easier from mobile devices.

Can parents monitor their child's grades?

Parents K-12 will be able to monitor their child's attendance and view report cards. Middle and High School Parents are able to frequently monitor their child's progress and teachers can use their gradebook to give parents and students information on academic progress and attendance.
