IMS Emergency Medical Form
This is just a reminder that if you have not filled out this year's emergency medical form for your child/children yet, please do so as soon as possible. This can be completed at independence.esvportal.com We are hoping to have all forms submitted by September 30th. If you have any questions regarding this, please call or email Mrs.

Planned Absence Procedure and Form 2021
1. Parents should submit a written request to the building principal two weeks in advance of the scheduled vacation and indicate the time period involved. Please click here for the "planned absence form."
Music Dept. Collects 4,447 Pairs of Shoes
Independence Middle and High School Music Department conducted a shoe drive this past fall. More than $1,700 was raised based on the total weight of the 4,447 pairs of shoes collected. Funds2Orgs purchased all of the donated footwear.
