What is the illuminate parent/student portal?

The Illuminate Parent/Student Portal is a feature of the MPUSD student information system and provides parents/guardians immediate access to grades, assignments, attendance records, and now State testing results in an effort to facilitate and improve communication between home and school.

What is the parent portal and how do I login?

The Parent Portal allows you to regularly and easily see how your student is performing in their class (es), view upcoming assignments, and more. Note: If you have any issues with the log in process, please contact your school or district office for further assistance.

The Monterey Peninsula Unified School District continues engaging ​parents, staff and students ​to provide input on the development of the 2022-2023 Local Control Accountability Plan.

Is there a sign up for the MPUSD virtual town hall?

There are no sign ups. Please bring your ID card. Vaccine card is required for 2nd dose and boosters. MPUSD has partnered with Montage Health to bring a drug prevention Virtual Town Hall on Monday, February 7 from 6 - 7 p.m. to families via Zoom .

Update on Spring Conferences

MPUSD Elementary School Families, We certainly entered the new year quickly and March is almost upon us. March has traditionally been a time that our elementary schools release early and host optional conferences for families as an opportunity to hear about student progress.

Updated COVID Testing Clinic Hours

MPUSD Community, Please note a change in time to Mondays at the Cabrillo Family Resource Center/Monterey Adult School COVID Testing Center located at 1295 La Salle Avenue in Seaside. Due to classes beginning this upcoming Monday, February 28, the clinic will close at 4 p.m. on Mondays. The other dates/times remain the same.
