How do I sign in to my HPU account?

Why should I Choose HPU?

For students who want a more laid-back athletic experience, HPU has a variety of intramural options, as well. This is a more casual setting in which students can play some of their favorite sports or just make wonderful memories as the goofy team in the intramural tournaments.

How many students attend High Point University?

How many undergraduate students attend High Point University and what percent are from out of state? High Point University has 5,000 undergraduate students representing 50 states and 37 countries. Seventy-nine percent of students are from out-of-state.

When will High Point University accept early decision?

It is a binding agreement in which, if admitted, you agree to withdraw all other college applications and enroll at High Point University for the fall of 2019. Students who apply under the Early Decision plan will receive these benefits: First Priority in selecting your ideal campus housing.

Is High Point University selective?

Every High Point University freshman is assigned a Success Coach to assist during their first year of college! Success Coaches are not faculty, and therefore spend their entire time helping direct HPU students into a successful transition to college.

Purchase a Care-Pak for your student! This is a great way to send a little boost to show you're thinking of them. Types of Care Paks are birthday, Halloween, Valentine's Day, HPU swag, Hawaiian goodies, finals encouragement, a get-well-soon pack, and more! Prices range from $15-$45 and are available at various points throughout the year.

Letters of Aloha

Aloha is the perfect word to encompass the many emotions students and families experience during the transition to college. The first few weeks can be especially difficult for first time students. They are adjusting to a new environment, developing new relationships, and many are on their own for the first time.

All parents of registered students will receive the Ohana Newsletter during their student's first year via email. This is where we go over past events, noteworthy highlights, and upcoming events we feel your student would benefit from. Keep an eye on your inbox for peeks into the happenings at HPU!

What is Hartford Parent University?

Hartford Parent University serves as a “one stop center” for parents to be aware of other existing/new programs being offered in the Hartford community that provides parents family learning opportunities. A schedule of offered programs throughout the community will be provided to parents during learning sessions and monthly classes. What is the purpose of a parent network?

A network of parents at each school will create a structure and curriculum for engagement that reflects their particular needs and interest to better support their children’s learning . Each school who implements this model will commit to achieving the following goals: 1. Create Parent Network Action Teams.

How many classes do you need to be a parent leader?

Must attend 10 classes between September and June within the same year.
