What do I do if I cannot access the parent portal?

How many forms are needed for Hilltop?

Each child must have an annual physical exam and show that their immunization are up to date. Complete one form for each child. This form should be completed annually for each student attending Hilltop.

Can Hilltop provide medication?

Hilltop staff are not allowed to provide any medication to your child unless a form is on file with the child care center. This includes non-prescription medications like diaper rash creams. Please complete one form per child per medication.
