When can I apply for a transfer to Hilldale Public Schools?

Open Transfers – Monday, May 2, 2022 will be the first day for parents who want to attend Hilldale Public Schools next school year to apply for a transfer. IF YOUR STUDENTS CURRENTLY ATTEND HILLDALE ON AN OPEN TRANSFER AND FINISH THE SCHOOL YEAR IN GOOD STANDING, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO APPLY.

When is the next Hilldale Public Schools Board of Education meeting?

There will be a special meeting of the Hilldale Public Schools Board of Education on April 25, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Administration building at 313 East Peak Boulevard in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

February 18 Update

Rise and Shine! – Our elementary will begin Rise and Shine again starting next week. Parents will be allowed to attend. Rise and Shine takes place in our elementary gym and starts at 8 am. All parents are to enter from the north entrance to the gym, all other entrances for parents will not be available.

Fifth Grade Choir Sings National Anthem

The 5th grade choir performed the National Anthem at the high school basketball game on February 11.

High School and Middle School Renovation Project

We are excited to announce that we will soon begin much needed renovations at our high school and middle school. Our projects are as follows: Secure Entrances and Centralized Offices - Offices will now be centralized so that principals, assistant principals, school counselors, and administrative assistants are located in one area.

Weather Update

Hilldale Schools will be open for school on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. However, we will use our early release schedule, as we do the last two days of each semester. We will release the high school and middle school at 1:30pm and the elementary at 1:50pm. Bus routes will run as usual.

2021-2022 District Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Mrs. Tammy Stone on her selection as Hilldale Public Schools' Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Stone is a Special Education teacher at Hilldale High School.
