The below link provides quick access for HHHS parents to the Parent Portal. Please note, ALL parents are required to register for the Portal. If a parent does not have access, they are requested to please send an email to the school to request their unique Access Key and registration information.
With the patient portal you have secure, convenient online access to your primary care team and your personal health and billing information. During check-in for your next provider visit, ask to have a patient portal account created. Then, when you receive the confirmation email, follow the link to complete the sign-up process.
Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information. How secure is the Patient Portal?
New Parents/Guardians: A Parent Portal account creation link will be emailed to the email address that you registered with the district. Please use the links to the left for instructions on how to log on and for answers to frequently asked questions.
Established patients may also contact our patient portal helpline at 518-824-8620 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for assistance in registering for the Patient Portal.
